My name is Leja Esenali and I’m an avid astrologer with a broad background in humanitarian sciences of philosophy, linguistics and ancient history, currently pursuing a degree in Psychology.

How did I end up studying astrology? It was a gradual journey from scepticism and prejudice to growing interest and amusement. The more I learnt of the complexities of human history and development of language, the more curious I became as to the underlining patterns and synchronicities. Astrology opened itself to be a much more complex system, beyond sun-star astrology most are familiar with and as complex as the life itself.  

A multicultural background and an inquisitive mind have allowed me to build a solid foundation of astrological knowledge. The Russian astrological school provided a strong framework of systemic logic through the encyclopaedic works of Aleksandr Saplin and Sergey Vronsky. Exploring the Arabic and Persian traditions revealed a beautiful contrast, where masters like Abu Ma’shar and Al-Biruni wrapped highly complex astronomical mathematics in poetic and philosophical language. The German tradition offered precise methods for the structural synthesis of a birth chart, particularly in the writings of Adolf Weiss, Friedrich Schwickert, and Reinhold Ebertin. These diverse schools of astrological studies are just a few examples of the history that shapes my understanding today.

The core methodology of my practice, however, is grounded in Hellenistic astrology. I formalized my study by completing Chris Brennan’s curriculum in Hellenistic Astrology, Professional Astrologer and Electional Astrology courses. His school demonstrates how the academic reconstruction of ancient texts can be effectively united with a humanistic consulting practice, ensuring that the individual remains the focal point of the structural analysis.

All these years of astrological study have brought me here: creating Astrum Logicum to share what I have learned through educational articles, and working one-on-one with clients to help them navigate their lives. My goal is to take the complex, structural mechanics of astrology and apply them into clear, practical guidance for anyone interested in analysing their lives through the lenses of astrology.”
